These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apps provided by Infinite Space Technologies ("we," "us"), including PrepPilot. By installing or using an app, you agree to these Terms.

The service

PrepPilot is an application that runs inside HubSpot and generates AI-written meeting-prep briefs from your CRM records. It is provided on a subscription basis as described below.

Subscriptions, trial & billing

PrepPilot includes a 14-day free trial per HubSpot account.
After the trial, continued use requires a subscription of $29.99 per month, per account, billed through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.

Bring your own API key

PrepPilot requires you to provide your own Anthropic (Claude) API key. You are responsible for your own AI usage and any charges Anthropic bills to that key. Your use of Anthropic's services is governed by your agreement with Anthropic. Our subscription fee covers the PrepPilot application only and does not include AI usage costs.

Acceptable use

Use the app only with HubSpot accounts and data you are authorized to access.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
Don't use the app to violate any law or any third party's rights.

AI-generated content

Prep briefs are generated by an AI model from your CRM data and may contain errors or omissions. They are provided as a helpful starting point and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Space Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the app and cancel at any time by uninstalling it in HubSpot. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
