How Infinite Space Technologies handles your data across our apps — including PrepPilot for HubSpot.
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Infinite Space Technologies ("we," "us") builds privacy-first software. This policy explains what data our apps collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website and our apps, including PrepPilot, our AI meeting-prep app for HubSpot.
When you install PrepPilot and authorize it in HubSpot, it accesses — using read-only OAuth scopes you approve — the CRM data needed to generate a prep brief for a record you choose:
PrepPilot reads this data only when you click "Generate Prep Brief" on a specific record. It does not bulk-export or continuously sync your CRM.
When you generate a brief, the relevant record data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API using the API key you provide, solely to produce that brief. The resulting brief is returned to you in the HubSpot card and cached briefly so re-opening a record doesn't regenerate it. We do not use your CRM data to train models, and we do not share it with third parties other than the AI provider you connect.
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run our apps: Anthropic (AI generation, via your key), Railway (application hosting and database), and Stripe (subscription billing — we never see or store full card numbers). HubSpot is the platform PrepPilot runs within.
You can disconnect PrepPilot at any time by uninstalling it from your HubSpot account, which revokes its access. To request deletion of stored data associated with your account (tokens, key, briefs), email us and we'll remove it.
